Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi (“Peraturan BEI 1-£”),
dimana diatur pada bagian 1Il1.1.4, apabila
terdapat perubahan lebih dari 204 pada Jumlah
Aset dan/ atau Liabilitas pada Laporan Keuangan
Interim atau Laporan Keuangan Auditan, maka
Perseroan wajib memberikan penjelasan tentang
penyebab perubahan berikut pendapat manajemen
tentang dampak perubahan tersebut terhadap
kinerja keuangan Perseroan pada tahun berjalan,
maka melalui surat ini Perseroan menyampaikan:

Terdapat kenaikan sebesar Rp2,69 triliun atau
setara dengan 73804 pada total aset
konsolidasian Perseroan dan Entitas Anak pada
tanggal 31 Desember 2024 apabila dibandingkan
dengan 31 Desember 2023. Kenaikan ini
disebabkan oleh kenaikan pada persediaan, aset
tetap - setelah dikurangi akumulasi depresiasi dan
aset hak-guna - setelah dikurangi akumulasi
depresiasi masing-masing sebesar Rp 965,36
miliar, Rp 544,36 miliar dan Rp 647,22 miliar.

Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2022 concerning the
Submission of Periodic Financial Statements of
Issuers or Public Companies ("POJK 14/2022”) and
the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia
Stock Exchange No: Kep-00068/1DX/09-2022 on the
Amendmenis to Regulation Number I-E concerning
Information — Submission — Obligations — ("IDX
Regulation IE"), where it is stipulated on chapter
IHAA.4 there is more than 2095 change of the total
asset and/ or Iiabilities on the interim consolidated
financial statements or the audited consolidated
financial statements, the Company must provide
explanation on such changes including the
management's opinion on the changes to the
performance ofthe Company in the current year, the
Company would like to convey as follows:

There was an increase of IDR 2.69 irilion or
eguivalent to 73.804 of ihe consolidated total assets
of the Company and Its subsidiarles as of December
31, 2024, compared to the balance December 31,
2023. This increase Is mainiy caused by the increase
in Inventory, property and eguipment - net of
accumulated depreciation as well as an increase in
right-of-use assets - net of accumulated depreciation
amounting to IDR 965.36 billion, IDR 644.36 billion
and IDR 647.22 billion, respectively. Increases in
