Material / Description of Material publik mengenai Ibu Febriany Eddy, saat ini
Information or Facts menjabat sebagai Presiden Direktur Perseroan,
telah dipercaya menjadi Managing Director
Badan Pengelola Investasi Daya Anagata
Nusantara (BPI Danantara). Meskipun belum
terdapat pemberitahuan resmi yang Perseroan
terima sebelumnya, kami sepenuhnya
menghormati dinamika yang terjadi dan
menyikapinya dengan penuh tanggung jawab.
Penugasan ini merupakan sebuah kehormatan
besar dan bentuk kepercayaan bagi Ibu
Febriany Eddy dan keluarga besar PT Vale.
Sebagai perusahaan terbuka, Perseroan akan
mengikuti proses tata kelola yang sesuai
dengan ketentuan peraturan OJK, ketentuan
pasar modal, dan mekanisme internal
perusahaan secara profesional dan transparan
setelah menerima penunjukan resminya.
The Company received information through the
public press regarding Mrs. Febriany Eddy,
currently serves as the President Director of the
Company, becoming Managing Director of
Badan Pengelola Investasi Daya Anagata
Nusantara (BPI Danantara). Although we have
not received any official notification in advance,
we respect the dynamics that occur and
respond responsibly. This assignment is a great
honor and trust both for Mrs. Febriany Eddy as
well as the big family of PT Vale.
As a public company, the Company will follow
the governance process in accordance with
OJK regulations, capital market regulations,
and internal company mechanisms in a
professional and transparent manner after
receiving its official appointment.
