ANNOUNCEMENT
Filing Status of the Annual Audited Financial Statements
as of 31 December 2025
No. Peng-S-00018/BEI.PLP/06-2026

In relation to the obligation of Listed Companies with Bonds, Sukuk, Asset-Backed Securities in the
Form of Collective Investment Contracts (EBA-KIK), Asset-Backed Securities in the Form of
Participatory Notes for Secondary Financing for Housing (EBA-SP), and/or Sharia Asset-Backed
Securities in the Form of Participation Certificates (EBAS-SP) listed on the Exchange to submit their
Annual Audited Financial Statements as of 31 December 2025, and with reference to:
1. Provision IV.1.1.7 of Exchange Regulation No. I-E concerning Information Disclosure
Obligations, which provides that the Annual Audited Financial Statements shall be submitted no
later than the end of the third month following the date of the Annual Audited Financial Statements.
2. Provision II.20 of Exchange Regulation No. I-E concerning Information Disclosure Obligations,
which provides that if the deadline for the submission of reports as referred to in this Regulation
falls on a public holiday, the Listed Company shall submit such reports no later than the next
Exchange Business Day following such public holiday
3. Provision VI.1.1 of Exchange Regulation No. I-K concerning the Listing of Asset-Backed
Securities in the Form of Collective Investment Contracts (KIK-EBA), which stipulates that the
annual financial statements of KIK-EBA shall be submitted no later than 31 March of the following
year.
4. Provision V.1.1.1. Exchange Regulation No. I-R concerning Listing of Asset-Backed Securities in
the Form of Participatory Notes for Secondary Financing for Housing (EBA-SP) which provides
that the deadline for the submission of audited annual financial statement of the EBA-SP, no later
than at the end of the 3rd (third) month after the date of the annual financial statement.
5. Provision V.1.1.1 of Exchange Regulation No. I-S concerning Listing of Sharia Asset-Backed
Securities in the Form of Participation Certificates (EBAS-SP), which stipulates that the audited
annual financial statements of the Sharia ABS-PC shall be submitted no later than at the end of the
3rd (third) month after the date of the annual financial statement;
6. Provision C.4.c. of Exchange Regulation No. I-A.6 concerning Sanctions, which provides that If
within a period of 15 (fifteen) Exchange Days after the date of the Second Written Warning,
the Issuer continues to fail to fulfill its obligation, then on the next Exchange Day the Exchange
will give the Third Written Warning.
7. Provision VII.1 of Exchange Regulation No. I-K concerning on the Listing of Asset-Backed
Securities in the Form of Collective Investment Contracts (KIK-EBA), which provides that
Investment Managers issuing Asset-Backed Securities listed on the Exchange that fail to comply
with the provisions set forth in this Regulation shall be subject to sanctions imposed by the
Exchange.
8. Provision VII.1. Exchange Regulation No. I-R concerning Listing of Asset-Backed Securities in
the Form of Participatory Notes for Secondary Financing for Housing (EBA-SP) which provides
for sanctions against the Issuer issuing the EBA-SP listed on the Exchange who violates the
provisions as provided in Exchange Regulation No. I-R.

9. Provision VII.1. of Exchange Regulation No. I-S concerning Listing of Sharia Asset-Backed
Securities in the Form of Participation Certificates (EBAS-SP), which provides for sanctions
against the issuer issuing the Sharia ABS-PC listed on the Exchange who violates the provisions
as provided in Exchange Regulation No. I-S.
10. Exchange Circular Letter No. SE-00006/BEI/10-2019 dated 28 October 2019 concerning the
Procedures for the Electronic Submission of Reports by Listed Companies.
Accordingly, the deadline for the submission of the Annual Audited Financial Statements as of
31 December 2025 was Tuesday, 31 March 2026.
Furthermore, the deadline for the submission of the Annual Audited Financial Statements as of
31 December 2025, prior to the imposition of the Third Written Warning on Listed Companies that
have listed Bonds, Sukuk, Asset-Backed Securities in the Form of Collective Investment Contracts
(EBA-KIK), Asset-Backed Securities in the Form of Participatory Notes for Secondary Financing for
Housing (EBA-SP), and/or Sharia Asset-Backed Securities in the Form of Participation Certificates
(EBAS-SP), was no later than 15 (fifteen) Exchange Business Days from the date of the Second
Written Warning.
Based on the Exchange’s monitoring as of such deadline, the submission status of the Annual Audited
Financial Statements as of 31 December 2025 was as follows:
