Direktur Perseroan sejak ditutupnya RUPST./
Approved the termination of the term of office Mr. Hafid Hadeli as
Vice President Director of the Company and Mr. Muliono Tiandra as
Director since the closing AGMS.
b. Menyetujui pengangkatan lbu Yenny Siswanto sebagai Direktur
Perseroan di mana pengangkatannya akan berlaku efektif setelah
lulus uji kemampuan dan kepatulan (fit and proper test) dari Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan, untuk masa jabatan sesuai dengan sisa masa jabatan
anggota Direksi Perseroan yang sedang menjabat saat ini./

Company where her appointment wi// be effective after passes the fit
and proper test from the Financial Services Authority, for a term of
office corresponding to the remaining term of office of the members
