                                             saham seri B tersebut di atas tidak mengubah atau
                                             menghilangkan kendali Negara Republik Indonesia pada
                                             Perseroan, dimana semula dilakukan melalui pemilikan
                                             langsung menjadi pemilikan tidak langsung melalui PT Biro
                                             Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero)

                                             Dengan demikian, tidak terdapat dampak yang bersifat
                                             material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
                                             keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

                                               transferred 3,457,023,004 (three billion four hundred fifty
                                               seven million twenty three thousand four) series B shares or
                                               51.20% (fifty one point two zero percent) of all shares that
                                               have been issued and fully paid by the Company to PT Biro
                                               Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero).
                                               Further descriptions regarding share ownership in the
                                               Company are included in the attachment to this letter.
