Mine Concession - PT Insani Baraperkasa
PT Insani Baraperkasa as the concession holder of the PKP2B Generation III coal
mine, which has been operating since 2006.
In 2008, the entire PKP2B area of PT Insani Baraperkasa received approval from the
Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) to proceed to the Production
stage.
Total concession area: 24,477.6 Ha.
The PKP2B concession is valid until 2036 (30 years from the production permit
granted in 2006), with an extension option of 2 x 10 years.
The mining site is strategically located, with an average hauling distance of 14 – 21
KM, ensuring low hauling costs.
Main mining contractors: PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) and PT Ansaf Inti
Resources.

PT Trans Power Marine Tbk
PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI) and PT Trans Power Marine Tbk
(TPMA) Announce the Establishment of a Joint Venture, PT Trans Bahtera
Pioneer (TBP).
The formation of this joint venture serves a strategic purpose. For KKGI,
this partnership provides direct access to logistics services, reducing
reliance on external service providers, optimizing transportation cost
efficiency, and supporting the smooth operation of the coal supply chain.
The initial capital contribution made by both companies amounts to Rp
51.5 billion, with KKGI and TPMA each contributing Rp 25.75 billion,
sourced from their respective internal funds.
