Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BBCA”) pada tanggal 14 Maret 2025
tentang Aksi Korprorasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT TINSDRCV3A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BBCA”) dated 14 th March 2025,
related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders of BBCA dated 12th March 2025, has resolved, BBCA had a plan for the distribution of
dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be paid as follows: :
