 Facts                                        On 19 March 2025, the Company, through PT Interport Mandiri
                                              Utama ("IMU") and PT Interport Sarana Baruna ("ISB"),
                                              established new legal entity namely PT Interport Dirandra
                                              Syandana ("INDIS"), based on deed No. 29 dated 19 March
                                              2025 made by Ungke Mulawanti, S.H., M.Kn Notary in Jakarta
                                              with Ministry of Law approval No. AHU-0023832.AH.01. 01.
                                              Tahun 2025 dated 19 March 2025.

                                              INDIS will carry out business activities in the fields of (i)
                                              Domestic Sea Transportation for General Goods (KBLI
                                              50131); (ii) Domestic Sea Transportation for Port Waters (KBLI
                                              50132); and (iii) Sea Transportation for Special Goods (KBLI
                                              50133).

                                              Details of the shareholding structure of INDIS are as follows:
