      BUMA Completes Inaugural Sukuk Issuance, the Largest A+ Sharia-Rated
            Corporate Sukuk Ijarah in a Single Issuance in Indonesia1

     § BUMA has successfully completed the issuance of its inaugural Sukuk Ijarah I BUMA 2025, with a total
       value of Rp2 trillion, making it the Largest A+ Sharia-rated corporate Sukuk Ijarah in a single issuance
       in Indonesia2.
     § The Sukuk was oversubscribed by 1.1x, reflecLng strong investor demand, and drawing parLcipaLon
       from both new investors and exisLng holders of the previous BUMA Rupiah Bonds, reaffirming the
       market’s recogniLon of BUMA’s bonds and Sukuk as highly aOracLve investment instruments.
     § With a compeLLve blended rate, the Sukuk aOracted a diverse range of investors, including banks,
       asset managers, mutual funds, and pension funds.
     § This issuance also serves as the newest addiLon to BUMA’s financial diversificaLon, complemenLng
       Global Bonds, ConvenLonal IDR Bonds, ConvenLonal and Sharia Bank financing, and Leasing. Its
       success broadens BUMA’s financing opLons, enhancing its flexibility and expanding access to a more
       diverse range of funding sources.
     § Over 50% of the total funds were commiOed to 5-year tenors, indicaLng a strong commitment to
       long-term investments and trust to BUMA’s stability.
     § Proceeds will be allocated evenly: 50% for capital expenditure and 50% for working capital, driving
       sustained long-term growth.

Jakarta, March 20, 2025 – PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), the principal subsidiary of PT
BUMA Internasional Grup Tbk (BUMA InternaIonal Group, IDX: DOID), today announced the
successful issuance of its inaugural Sukuk Ijarah I BUMA 2025, valued at Rp2 trillion. This issuance, the
largest A+ sharia-rated corporate Sukuk Ijarah in a single issuance in Indonesia, was met with solid
demand, evidenced by a 1.1x oversubscribed rate, demonstraLng robust investor confidence and a
strong appeLte for sharia-compliant investment opportuniLes.

The Sukuk Ijarah I BUMA 2025 was issued in three series:

With a compeLLve blended rate, the Sukuk aWracted a diverse range of investors, including banks,
asset managers, mutual funds, and pension funds. Notably, more than 50% of commitments were
made toward the 5-year tenor, reflecLng a preference for longer-term investments and confidence in
BUMA’s financial stability.

Rupiah Bonds. This strong parLcipaLon not only reaffirms the market’s recogniLon of BUMA’s financial
instruments as highly aWracLve but also underscores our commitment to fostering long-term
partnerships with our investors. We are pleased to see this sustained confidence in our financial
strength and strategic direcLon.”

This issuance also serves as the newest addiLon to BUMA’s financial diversificaLon, complemenLng
Global Bonds, ConvenLonal IDR Bonds, ConvenLonal and Sharia Bank financing, and Leasing. Its
success broadens BUMA’s financing opLons, enhancing its flexibility and expanding access to a more
diverse range of funding sources.

The proceeds from the Sukuk will be evenly allocated to strengthen BUMA’s operaLons in Indonesia.
Silfanny Bahar, Director of BUMA, explained, “50% will be directed toward capital expenditures, while
the remaining 50% will support working capital. This allocaLon aligns with BUMA’s commitment to
maintain operaLonal efficiency and financial resilience as we conLnue to grow and explore new
opportuniLes in the mining sector.”
The Sukuk Ijarah I BUMA 2025 issuance was arranged by PT BNI Sekuritas, PT BCA Sekuritas, and PT
Sucor Sekuritas, with PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk serving as the trustee.
