Keuangan — Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 (“POJK
No.31/2015”) tentang Keterbukaan Atas Informasi Atau
Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik,
maka melalui surat pemberitahuan ini Perseroan
bermaksud untuk menyampaikan informasi bahwa
pada tanggal 25 Febuari 2025, Perseroan telah
menerima surat pengunduran diri dari:
1. Bapak Ifiandiaz Nazsir, Direktur Utama
Perseroan.
Sehubungan dengan pengunduran diri tersebut, maka
Perseroan akan menjalankan sesuai ketentuan POJK
No. 33/2014.

or Public Companies, through this notification letter the
Company intends to convey information that on
February 25, 2025, the Company has received letters
of resignation from:
1. Mr. Ifiandiaz Nazsir, as Company's President
Director
In connection with the resignation, the Company will
compiy with the provisions of POJK No. 33/2014.
