Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Soechi Lines Tbk (Kode Saham BEI: SOCI) selanjutnya
disebut Perseroan, baru saja menuntaskan pengakuisisian
satu unit kapal tanker Liquified Natural Gas (LNG). Tanker
LNG yang diakuisisi tersebut memiliki ukuran panjang +/-280
meter dan lebar +/-43 meter, dengan total kapasitas sebesar
+/-74.000 Dead Weight Tonnage (DWT).
Informasi sebagaimana di dalam lampiran.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Akuisisi kapal LNG akan memperkuat kinerja operasional
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan segmen pelayaran Perseroan, serta diharapkan dapat
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja keuangan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan dalam bentuk kontribusi pendapatan, sehingga
Perusahaan Publik mendukung kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
Tidak terdapat dampak hukum tertentu yang ditimbulkan atas
pengakuisisian kapal.

Description of Material Information or PT Soechi Lines Tbk (IDX Stock Code: SOCI) hereinafter
Facts referred to as the Company, has completed the acquisition of
one unit of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) tanker vessel. The
acquired LNG tanker has a length of +/-280 meters and a
width of +/-43 meters, with a total capacity of +/-74,000 Dead
Weight Tonnage (DWT).
Information is as on the attachment.
Impact of event, material information or The acquisition of LNG vessel is to strengthen the Company's
facts towards Issuers or Public shipping segment operational activity, and is expected to
Company’s operational activities, legal, provide positive impact to the Company's financial
financial condition, or going concern performance in terms of revenue contributions, thereby

There are no specific legal impacts in regards with the vessel
