Soechi Lines Merampungkan Akuisisi Kapal LNG
PT Soechi Lines Tbk (Kode Saham BEI: SOCI) selanjutnya disebut “Perseroan”, baru saja menuntaskan
pengakuisisian satu unit kapal tanker Liquified Natural Gas (LNG). Tanker LNG yang diakuisisi
tersebut memiliki ukuran panjang ±280 meter dan lebar ±43 meter, dengan total kapasitas sebesar
±74.000 Dead Weight Tonnage (DWT).
Setelah penambahan tanker LNG ini, Perseroan mengoperasikan sebanyak 31 unit kapal tanker
secara keseluruhan pada saat ini, dengan total kapasitas sebesar ±1,65 juta DWT.
Tanker LNG dimaksudkan untuk melayani pengiriman LNG untuk memenuhi permintaan LNG di
dalam negeri, khususnya yang berasal dari permintaan industri. Perseroan menargetkan tanker LNG
yang diakuisisi akan memberikan kontribusi pendapatan untuk Perseroan mulai tahun 2025.
Akuisisi tanker LNG juga merupakan bagian dari komitmen Perseroan untuk mendukung
penggunaan energi yang lebih ramah lingkungan. LNG memiliki emisi karbon yang lebih rendah dan
tidak menghasilkan polutan berbahaya seperti sulfur dioksida dan nitrogen oksida.
Saat ini Perseroan merupakan salah satu pemain utama tanker di Indonesia, yang melayani seluruh
rantai distribusi minyak & gas nasional, dengan pangsa pasar tanker sebesar ±20% berdasarkan total
kapasitas DWT armada. Armada tanker Perseroan tercatat tumbuh rata-rata 15% Compounded
Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) dalam 20 tahun terakhir dalam hal total kapasitas DWT armada kapal
yang dioperasikannya.
Sebagian besar kapal tanker Perseroan disewa oleh pelanggan menggunakan model kontrak time
charter, yakni kontrak penyewaan atas kapal selama periode waktu tertentu. Kontrak time charter
telah memberikan visibilitas pendapatan serta profitabilitas yang stabil bagi kinerja keuangan
Perseroan.
Mengenai Soechi Lines
Soechi Lines melalui entitas anaknya merupakan pemilik dan operator kapal tanker di Indonesia,
menyediakan layanan pengiriman minyak mentah maupun produk minyak dan gas. Armada tanker
Perseroan utamanya disewakan kepada kontraktor minyak & gas yang beroperasi di Indonesia.
Soechi Lines melalui entitas anaknya juga memiliki dan mengoperasikan galangan kapal yang
berlokasi di Tanjung Balai Karimun, Kepulauan Riau. Galangan kapal memiliki kemampuan untuk
membangun kapal baru serta melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan kapal. Galangan kapal telah
tersertifikasi hijau atas fasilitas daur ulang kapal yang dimilikinya yang mana telah memenuhi standar
keselamatan dan aspek lingkungan sesuai dengan IMO Hong Kong Convention.

Soechi Lines Completes Acquisition of LNG Vessel
PT Soechi Lines Tbk (IDX Stock Code: SOCI) hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, has completed
the acquisition of one unit of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) tanker vessel. The acquired LNG tanker has
a length of ±280 meters and a width of ±43 meters, with a total capacity of ±74,000 Dead Weight
Tonnage (DWT).
With the addition of the LNG tanker, the Company currently operates a total of 31 units of tanker
vessel with the total capacity of ±1.65 million DWT.
The LNG tanker is intended to serve LNG shipment to meet domestic LNG demand, especially from
industrial requirement. The Company targets the LNG tanker would contribute revenues to the
Company starting 2025.
The acquisition of the LNG tanker is also part of the Company's commitment to support the use of
more environmentally friendly energy. LNG has lower carbon emissions and does not produce
harmful pollutants such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide.
Currently, the Company is one of the main tanker players in Indonesia, serving the entire value chain
of oil & gas distribution in the country, with its fleet market share of ±20% based on the total DWT
capacity of the tanker vessels. The Company's tanker fleet has grown at an average of 15%
Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) in the last 20 years according to the total DWT capacity
of the tankers fleet it operates.
Most of the Company's tankers are chartered by customers using time charter contract model, where
the vessel is contracted for a certain period of time. Time charter contracts have provided the
Company with revenue visibility as well as stable profitability in terms of the financial performance.
About Soechi Lines
Soechi Lines through its subsidiaries owns and operates tanker vessels in Indonesia, providing
shipping services for crude oil as well as oil and gas products. The Company's tanker vessels are
mainly chartered to oil & gas contractors which operate in Indonesia.
Soechi Lines through a subsidiary also owns and operates a shipyard located in Tanjung Balai
Karimun, Riau Islands. The shipyard has the capability to build new ship as well as offers ship repair
and maintenance. The shipyard is also certified with green ship recycling facility in compliant with
the safety standards and environmental aspects according to the IMO Hong Kong Convention.
