Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan mengetahui adanya spekulasi di media dan rumor
yang bergulir kembali mengenai adanya rencana transaksi
antara Perseroan dengan Grab di beberapa media, termasuk
di bawah ini:

Perseroan hendak memberikan klarifikasi bahwa sampai
dengan saat ini tidak ada perubahan informasi sejak
disampaikannya Keterbukaan Informasi oleh Perseroan pada
tanggal 4 Februari 2025, dimana sampai dengan tanggal
keterbukaan ini, tidak ada kesepakatan antara Perseroan
dengan pihak manapun untuk melakukan transaksi
sebagaimana telah diberitakan di media massa. Perseroan
beserta jajaran manajemen terus fokus pada kegiatan usaha
dan pencapaian kinerja perusahaan. Selanjutnya,
sebagaimana telah disampaikan pada tanggal 12 Maret 2025,
hasil pencapaian kinerja keuangan kuartal keempat dan tahun
penuh 2024 Perseroan menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik,
dimana EBITDA Grup Perseroan yang disesuaikan tumbuh
348% secara year-on-year dan 191% secara kuartalan
dimana pada kuartal keempat, mencapai Rp399 miliar untuk
periode tersebut dan Rp386 miliar untuk setahun penuh,
menegaskan pertumbuhan dan profitabilitas Perseroan yang
semakin pesat.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berita yang beredar di media massa tidak berdampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan merugikan terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kelangsungan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, usaha Perseroan.

However, the Company would like to clarify that as of today,
there are no changes to the information since the Disclosure of
Information published by the Company on February 4, 2025,
whereby until the date of this disclosure, there is no agreement
in place between the Company and any party to enter into a
transaction of the type that had been reported in the mass
media. The Company and its management continue to focus
on business activities and achieving good performance.
Further, as announced on March 12, 2025, the fourth quarter
and full year 2024 financial results of the Company showed
outstanding performance, with the Group's adjusted EBITDA
growing 348% year-on-year and 191% quarterly in the fourth
quarter, reaching IDR399 billion for that period and IDR386
billion for the full year, underscoring the rapid growth and
profitability of the Company.
