Mekar Jaya sebanyak 50 lembar saham dan sebagian besar
saham CKBD milik PT Amantara Sinar Pesona sebanyak 49
lembar saham, dengan nilai nominal Rp 1.000.000,- per
lembar (Saham), sehingga secara keseluruhan Perseroan
membeli 99% (sembilan puluh sembilan persen) kepemilikan
saham dari modal disetor CKBD atau sebanyak 99 lembar
saham pada CKBD.
