Bumi Resources Divests Stake in Citra Palu Mineral to Subsidiary Bumi Resources

Jakarta, 29 June 2026 – PT Bumi Resources Tbk (“Company” or “Bumi Resources”), the world’s
largest thermal coal exporter and one of Indonesia’s leading natural resources companies, today
announced the completion of the divestment of the Company's 3.03% stake in PT Citra Palu Mineral
("CPM").
The divestment was carried out at a transaction value of USD9,056,800, equivalent to
Rp151,991,223,923, as part of the Company's strategic transition and diversification process.
The shares were sold to its subsidiary PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (“BRMS”), comprising 24,999
Series A shares and 927,236 Series C shares.
This transaction is in line with the evolution of Bumi Resources' strategy, which increasingly focuses on
near-term assets with a controlling interest. As the Company continues to advance its diversification
agenda, this divestment allows Bumi Resources to reallocate capital toward the continued pursuit of its
growth initiatives.
The Company maintains its indirect exposure to CPM's performance through its shareholding in BRMS.
