Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 17 Maret 2025, Perseroan melepaskan
sebanyak 144.983.800 (seratus empat puluh empat juta
sembilan ratus delapn puluh tiga ribu delapan ratus) saham
yang dimiliki oleh Perseroan ("Saham Pemegang Saham
Penjual") yang mewakili sebanyak 5,34% (lima koma tiga
empat persen) dari modal
Ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dalam RATU.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi pelepasan saham ini tidak mempengaruhi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pengendalian Perseroan atas RATU. Perseroan tetap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, mempertahankan statusnya sebagai Pemegang Saham
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Utama dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 70% (tujuh puluh
Perusahaan Publik persen)

Description of Material Information or On March 17, 2025, the Company divested a total of
Facts 144,983,800 (one hundred forty-four million nine hundred
eighty-three thousand eight hundred) shares owned by the
Company ("Shares of the Selling Shareholder"), representing
5.34% (five point three four percent) of the issued and fully
paid-up capital in RATU.
Impact of event, material information or This share divestment transaction does not affect the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's control over RATU. The Company remains the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Majority Shareholder with a 70% (seventy percent) ownership
financial condition, or going concern stake.
