FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

Net Revenues

In FY 2024, the Company reported net revenue of US$1,785.4 million, down 17.4% from US$2,159.9 million in FY 2023. This decline
was mainly due to external disruptions in supply and demand that reduced overall sales volumes during the year, along with the
effects of the Company's planned TAM.

Cost of Revenues

In FY 2024, the cost of revenue declined to US$1,737.1 million, compared to US$2,078.1 million in FY 2023. This decrease was mainly
attributable to reduced production levels resulting from the Company's planned TAM during the year.

EBITDA

In FY 2024, the Company reported lower EBITDA compared to FY 2023. This decline was mainly due to reduced gross profit resulting
from the Company's ongoing TAM, which concluded in Q3 2024 and required temporary closures at specific production facilities.
Although this impacted short-term operational capacity, the initiative is expected to enhance the Company’s efficiency and
profitability moving forward.

Net Profit (Loss) after Tax

Following the conditions mentioned above, the Company reported a Net Loss after Tax of US$57.3 million in FY 2024, compared to a
Net Loss after Tax of US$31.5 million in FY 2023.

Total Assets

The Company reported Total Assets of US$5,658.9 million as of December 31, 2024, an increase of 0.8% from US$5,614.5 million as
of December 31, 2023.

Total Liabilities

The Company recorded Total Liabilities of US$2,726.1 million as of December 31, 2024, an increase of 4% from US$2,620.6 million as
of December 31, 2023.

Cash Flows Provided by Operating Activities

Net cash used in operating activities during FY 2024 was US$158.3 million, compared to net cash provided by operating activities of
US$132.2 million in FY 2023. This decline was primarily due to higher cash used for supplier payments compared to the proceeds
from the sales during the year.

Cash Flows Provided by Investing Activities

In FY 2024, the Company recorded net cash outflows used in investing activities of US$77.6 million, showing an improvement from
net cash outflows of US$414.3 million in FY 2023. This positive shift mainly reflects proceeds from financial investments while there
was higher capital expenditures compared to the previous year mostly for TAM.

Cash Flows Provided by Financing Activities

In FY 2024, the Company recorded net cash inflows from financing activities of US$162.9 million, down from US$317.9 million in FY
2023. This decrease reflects higher repayments of existing long-term loans relative to new borrowings, as the Company continues to
optimize its capital structure and reduce financing costs while maintaining liquidity for strategic projects.
