Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan hasil persidangan pada hari Senin,
tanggal 17 Maret 2025 atas permohonan pembatalan terhadap
Perjanjian Perdamaian Perseroan yang diajukan oleh PT Willy
Dwi Perkasa
melalui Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta
Pusat dengan nomor perkara
11/Pdt.Sus-Pembatalan Perdamaian/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst
(Perkara No. 11), bersama ini kami
sampaikan amar Putusan Perkara No. 11 sebagai berikut:
1. Mengabulkan Pencabutan Perkara Permohonan
Pembatalan Perdamaian yang terdaftar di
Kepaniteraan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat,
dibawah Register Nomor: 11/Pdt.Sus
Pembatalan Perdamaian/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst.;
2. Memerintahkan Panitera Pengadilan Niaga pada
Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat untuk mencatat
pencabutan perkara dibawah Register Nomor: 11/Pdt.Sus-
Pembatalan Perdamaian/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst.,
tersebut;
3. Menghukum kepada Pemohon biaya pencabutan perkara
ini, yang hingga kini diperhitungkan sebesar
Rp.2.150.000,- (dua juta seratus lima puluh ribu rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Notification of information regarding the withdrawal of the
Type of Material Information or Facts lawsuit related to the petition for the cancellation of the peace
agreement (homologation) of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk
(the Company).
Description of Material Information or In connection with the courts decision on Monday, March 17,
Facts 2025, regarding the request for the cancellation of the
Companys Peace Agreement submitted by PT Willy Dwi
Perkasa through the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta
District Court, with case number 11/Pdt.Sus-Pembatalan
Perdamaian/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst (Case No. 11), we hereby
present the decision of Case No. 11 as follows:
1. Approving the withdrawal of the Petition for Cancellation of
the Peace Agreement registered at the Commercial Court
Clerks Office at the Central Jakarta District Court, under
Register Number: 11/Pdt.Sus-Pembatalan
Perdamaian/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst.;
2. Ordering the Clerk of the Commercial Court at the Central
Jakarta District Court to record the withdrawal of the case
under Register Number: 11/Pdt.Sus-Pembatalan
Perdamaian/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst.;
3. Imposing a fee on the petitioner for the withdrawal of this
case, which is currently calculated to be IDR 2,150,000 (two
million one hundred fifty thousand rupiahs).
