                                               Indonesia Tbk (“PMUI”) and Mr. Agus Susanto to PT
                                               Tunas Binatama Lestari, the Company hereby announces
                                               that the prospective buyer, PMUI, and Mr. Agus Susanto
                                               have agreed to extend the term of the Term Sheet until
                                               December 31, 2026.



                                               The term of the Term Sheet has been extended because
                                               the discussions and negotiations regarding the planned
                                               GRPM share sale transaction-as contemplated in the
                                               Term Sheet-are still ongoing. This extension is intended
                                               to provide the parties with sufficient time to continue
                                               discussions and negotiations concerning the planned
                                               transaction.
