MEMESAN EFEK TERLEBIH DAHULU (PMHMETD I)
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan rencana Perseroan untuk melakukan
PMHMETD I, Perseroan bermaksud untuk menerbitkan
sebanyak-banyaknya 2.157.000.000 (dua miliar seratus lima
puluh tujuh juta) saham baru atau mewakili
sebanyakbanyaknya 100% (seratus persen), yang nilai
nominalnya sebesar Rp10 (sepuluh Rupiah) setiap saham
yang berasal dari portepel.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan akan
meningkatkan modal ditempatkan dan modal disetor dengan
memperhatikan ketentuan Keputusan Badan Pengawas Pasar
Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan No. KEP-179/BL/2008 atas
Peraturan No. IX.J.1 tentang Pokok-Pokok Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan Yang Melakukan Penawaran Umum Efek Bersifat
Ekuitas dan Perusahaan Publik.
Saham Baru tersebut akan diterbitkan dari saham portepel
Perseroan dan akan dicatatkan di BEI sesuai dengan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, termasuk
Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia No. I-A tentang Pencatatan
Saham dan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Selain Saham yang
Diterbitkan oleh Perusahaan Tercatat, sebagaimana terakhir
kali diubah berdasarkan Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT BEI
No. Kep-00101/BEI/12-2021 tanggal 21 Desember 2021
(Peraturan BEI I-A). Saham Baru tersebut memiliki hak yang
sama dan sederajat dalam segala hal termasuk hak atas
dividen dengan saham Perseroan lainnya.

Description of Material Information or The Company intends to issue up to 2,157,000,000 (two billion
Facts one hundred fifty-seven million) new shares, representing up
to 100% (one hundred percent), with a nominal value of Rp10
(ten Rupiah) per share originating from the portfolio.
The Company will increase its issued and paid-up capital in
accordance with the provisions of the Decision of the Capital
Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency No. KEP-
179/BL/2008 concerning Regulation No. IX.J.1 on the Main
Articles of Association of Companies Conducting Public
Offerings of Equity Securities and Public Companies.
The new shares will be issued from the Company's portfolio
shares and will be listed on the IDX in accordance with
applicable laws and regulations, including Indonesia Stock
Exchange Regulation No. I-A concerning the Listing of Shares
and Equity Securities Other Than Shares Issued by Listed
Companies, as last amended based on the Appendix to the
Board of Directors' Decision of PT BEI No. Kep-00101/BEI/12-
2021 dated December 21, 2021 (IDX Regulation I-A). These
new shares will have the same and equal rights in all respects,
including dividend rights, as the Company's other shares.
