Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan menyampaikan kesiapan dana untuk pelunasan PUB 1 BUMI Tahap 1 Tahun 2025 Seri A pada tanggal jatuh tempo sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Jakarta, 29 June 2026 Regarding: Report on the Availability of Funds for Repayment of Shelf-Registered Bonds I of PT Bumi Resources Tbk - Phase I (“PUB I BUMI - Phase 1”) Year 2025 Series A With reference to the Amendment of Regulation No. I-E on Mandatory Submission of Information, provision IV.2.11, Annex to the Decree of IDX Board of Directors' Decree No. Kep- 00087/ BEI/12-2025 dated December 12, 2025, we hereby inform you that PUB I BUMI Phase I Year 2025 Series A will come to maturity on July 18, 2026, with a principal amount of Rp48,750,000,000.00 (forty-eight billion seven hundred fifty million Rupiah). For the above purpose, the Company hereby confirms the availability of funds for the repayment of the PUB I Phase I Year 2025 Series A on the maturity date, in accordance with — applicable regulations.
