On March 4, 2025, the Company received a resignation letter from Mr. Yuddy Renaldi
as the President Director of the Company.

On March 6, 2025, the Board of Commissioners of the Company based on the
recommendation of The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company
decided to relieve Mr. Yuddy Renaldi from his duties and position as President
Director of the Company.

On March 11, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company Meeting by considering
Memo of the Board of Commissioners of the Company number 22/DKO/M/2025
dated March 10, 2025, decided Mr. Yusuf Saadudin as the Company's Director of
Consumer and Retail to become the Acting President Director of the Company. The
nomendlature of Mr. Yusuf Saadudin's position still refers to the Resolution of the
Deed of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Number 63 dated October
22, 2024.

The Company will submit information disclosure regarding this matter through form E019 on
the website www.idxnet.co.id with the report of information or material facts as attached to
this letter.
