Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan dengan ini memberitahukan bahwa terdapat
informasi atau fakta material sebagai berikut:
1. Bahwa sebelumnya, Perseroan telah
menandatangani Perjanjian Penerbitan Medium Term Notes
Agreement No. 01/MTN/SURE/XI/2020 tanggal 20 November
2020, beserta seluruh perubahannya (yang selanjutnya
disebut Perjanjian) dan terkait dengan itu Perseroan telah
menerbitkan surat berharga Medium Term Notes dalam 1
(satu) lembar sertifikat (selanjutnya disebut MTN).
2. Bahwa pada tanggal 11 Maret 2025, telah terjadi
pengalihan MTN di Singapura yang sebelumnya MTN
dipegang seluruhnya oleh Skyhills Capital SPC, kini beralih
kepada dan menjadi dipegang oleh Asian Global Energy Pte.
Ltd.
3. Terhadap pengalihan tersebut di atas, tidak terdapat
perubahan atas ketentuan-ketentuan yang diatur dalam
Perjanjian maupun dalam MTN.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi atau fakta material tersebut di atas tidak mengubah
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perjanjian dan atau MTN yang sudah ada sebelumnya dan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The Company hereby announces the following material
Facts information or fact:
1. The Company previously entered into the Medium
Term Notes Issuance Agreement No. 01/MTN/SURE/XI/2020,
dated 20 November 2020, along with all subsequent
amendments (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement). In
accordance with this Agreement, the Company issued Medium
Term Notes in the form of a single certificate (hereinafter
referred to as the MTN).
2. On 11 Maret 2025, a transfer of the MTN took place
in Singapore, whereby ownership of the MTN, which was
previously held in its entirety by Skyhills Capital SPC, has
been transferred to and is now held by Asian Global Energy
Pte. Ltd.
3. The aforementioned transfer does not result in any
changes to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement
or the MTN.
Impact of event, material information or The material information or fact stated above does not amend
facts towards Issuers or Public the terms of the Agreement and/or the existing MTN and has
Company’s operational activities, legal, no effect on the Companys operational activities, legal
financial condition, or going concern standing, financial condition, or business continuity.
