        disebut "MTN").
     2. Bahwa pada tanggal 11 Maret 2025, telah terjadi pengalihan MTN di Singapura yang
        sebelumnya MTN dipegang seluruhnya oleh Skyhills Capital SPC, kini beralih kepada dan
        menjadi dipegang oleh Asian Global Energy Pte. Ltd.
     3. Terhadap pengalihan tersebut di atas, tidak terdapat perubahan atas ketentuan-ketentuan
        yang diatur dalam Perjanjian maupun dalam MTN.

 4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
    kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan:

    Informasi atau fakta material tersebut di atas tidak mengubah Perjanjian dan atau MTN yang
    sudah ada sebelumnya dan tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
    keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

      Referring to:
      1) Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of
         Material Information or Facts by Issuers and Public Companies; and; dan
      2) Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I.E regarding Information Disclosure Obligation;
      3) OJK Regulation No. 45/POJK/2024 on the Development and Strengthening of Issuers and
         Public Companies.

      The Company hereby announces the following material information or fact:
      1. The Company previously entered into the Medium Term Notes Issuance Agreement No.
         01/MTN/SURE/XI/2020, dated 20 November 2020, along with all subsequent amendments
         (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). In accordance with this Agreement, the
         Company issued Medium Term Notes in the form of a single certificate (hereinafter referred
         to as the "MTN").
      2. On 11 March 2025, a transfer of the MTN took place in Singapore, whereby ownership of the
         MTN, which was previously held in its entirety by Skyhills Capital SPC, has been transferred
         to and is now held by Asian Global Energy Pte. Ltd.
      3. The aforementioned transfer does not result in any changes to the terms and conditions set
         forth in the Agreement or the MTN.

4.   Effects of events, material information or facts to operation, legal, financial performance or
     business sustainability of the Company:

     The material information or fact stated above does not amend the terms of the Agreement and/or
     the existing MTN and has no effect on the Company’s operational activities, legal standing,
     financial condition, or business continuity.
