Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta 12190 Dengan hormat / Dear Sir/Madam, Menunjuk surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Nomor S-02467/BEI.PP2/03-2025 tanggal 10 Maret 2025 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan atas Volatilitas Transaksi Efek, yang kami terima melalui IDX Net pada tanggal yang sama, maka dapat kami sampaikan hal-hal sebagai berikut / Referring to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) letter Number S-02467/BEI.PP2/03-2025 dated 10 March 2025 regarding Reguest for Explanation on Securities Transaction Volatility, which we received through IDX Net on the same date, we would like to convey the following matters: Pada periode 4 s.d. 7 Maret 2025 telah terjadi peningkatan harga dan aktivitas saham PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk. (TIFA) sebagai berikut: 1. Harga ditutup meningkat secara kumulatif sebesar Rp150 atau 27,2746 dari harga penutupan hari bursa tanggal 28 Februari 2025 pada Rp550 menjadi Rp700. Tidak terdapat transaksi pada tanggal 3 Maret 2025: 2. Rata-rata aktivitas meningkat menjadi sebanyak 57.740 saham dengan frekuensi 11 kali dibandingkan hari bursa tanggal 28 Februari 2025 sebanyak 5.100 saham dengan frekuensi 3 kali. / In the period from 4 to 7 March 2025, there has been an increase in the price and activity of PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk. (TIFA) shares as follows: 1. The closing price increased cumulatively by Rp150 or 27.274 from the closing price of the trading day on 28 February 2025 at Rp550 to Rp700. There were no transactions on 3 March 2025. 2. Average activity increased to 57,740 shares with a freguency of 11 times compared to the trading day on 28 February 2025 of 5,100 shares with a freguency of 3 times. JawablAnswer : Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang), dalam hal terdapat perubahan atas informasi ini, maka Perseroan akan melakukan segala tindakan yang diperlukan termasuk melakukan keterbukaan informasi kepada publik sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku / The Company has no plans to conduct corporate actions in the near future, including corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months), in the event that there are changes to this information, the Company will take all necessary actions including disclosing information to the public in accordance with applicable regulafions.
