Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan belum diungkapkannya Pemilik Manfaat
Perseroan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung
hingga kepada pemilik individu terakhir, dalam Laporan
Tahunan Perseroan Tahun Buku 2025, serta setelah melalui
proses penelaahan, pembahasan, dan persetujuan internal
oleh Perseroan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang
undangan yang berlaku, dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan
bahwa terhitung sejak tanggal surat ini Bapak Suresh Sidhu,
selaku Komisaris Perseroan, telah ditetapkan sebagai Pemilik
Manfaat Perseroan.
Penetapan pemenuhan tersebut kriteria didasarkan Pemilik
pada Manfaat sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 4 ayat (1)
huruf f Peraturan Presiden Nomor 13 Tahun 2018 tentang
Penerapan Prinsip Mengenali
Pemilik Manfaat dari Korporasi dalam Rangka Pencegahan
dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana
Pencucian Uang dan Tindak Pidana Pendanaan Terorisme.
Lebih lanjut, Perseroan juga telah melakukan pelaporan
Pemilik Manfaat tersebut melalui sistem administrasi badan
hukum Kementerian Hukum Republik Indonesia sesuai
dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Selain itu, Perseroan juga akan mengungkapkan dan
melaporkan informasi mengenai Pemilik
Manfaat tersebut secara berkala kepada Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan dan Bursa Efek Indonesia
melalui pelaporan Daftar Pemegang Saham, Laporan
Keuangan Interim, serta Laporan
Tahunan Perseroan Tahun Buku 2026 dan laporan berkala
lainnya sesuai dengan ketentuan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Disclosure of Information on the PT Centratama
Type of Material Information or Facts Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk ("the Company") Beneficial
Owner
Description of Material Information or With respect to the non-disclosure of the Beneficial Owner of
Facts the Company whether directly or indirectly through to the
ultimate individual owner, in the companys Annual Report for
the financial year 2025, and following an internal review,
deliberation, and approval process undertaken by the
Company in compliance with the applicable laws and
regulations, the Company hereby informs that, as of the date
of this letter, it has determined Mr. Suresh Sidhu, a
Commissioner of the Company, to be Beneficial Owner of the
Company.
The designation is based on the fulfilment of the Beneficial
Owner criteria set out in Article 4
paragraph (1) letter (f) of Presidential Regulation No.13 of
2018 concerning the Implementation of the Principle of
Identifying Beneficial Owners of Corporations in the Prevention
and Eradication of Money
Laundering and Terrorism Financing Offences.
Furthermore, the Company has duly reported the aforesaid
Beneficial Owner through the Legal Entity Administration
System of the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia in
accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
In addition, the Company will periodically disclose and report
information regarding the Company's Beneficial Owner to the
Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia Stock
Exchange through the Shareholders Register report, Interim
Financial Statements, the Company's 2026 Annual Report,
and other periodic reports in accordance with the prevailing
laws and regulations.
