Uraian lnformasi atau Bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa telah diumumkan dalam
Fakta/Material Harian Kontan dan Harian Ekonomi Neraca pada tanggal 10
Maret 2025 mengenai rencana penawaran tender sukarela yang
akan dilakukan oleh PT Sentosa Bersama Mitra sebagai salah
satu pemegang saham Perseroan. Pengumuman koran terkait
Penawaran Tender Sukarela terlampir.
SBM bermaksud untuk menambah kepemilikan saat ini yaitu
sebesar 5,75% dengan membeli Saham dari Pemegang saham
sebanyak-banyaknya 5.653.623.252 (lima miliar enam ratus lima
puluh tiga juta enam ratus dua puluh tiga ribu dua ratus enam
puluh dua) Saham yang mewakili 50% (lima puluh persen) dari
jumlah seluruh saham yang telah ditempatkan dan disetor
penuh di dalam Perusahaan Sasaran.
Rencana penawaran tender sukarela SBM masih dalam proses
memperoleh pernyataan efektif dari OJK.

,BM intends to incredse its current ownership of 5.75% by
purchosing Shares from Shoreholders of o moximum of
5,653,623,262 (five billion six hundred fifty-three million six
hundred twenty-three thousond two hundred ond sixty-two)
Shares representing 50% (fifty percent) of the totol number of
shores thot hove been ploced ond fully poid in the Torget
Compony.
SBM'S voluntory tender offer plon is still in the process of
obtoining on eflective stotement from the OJK.
