Referring to the Director’s decision of the Indonesian Stock Exchange Number: Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 regarding Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concerning the
Information submission Obligation to provisions III.3.6, we hereby convey material for the
Annual Public Expose which submitted along with the Consolidated Financial Statements of
the Company as of December 31st, 2024 and 2023 (Audited).
Regard to fulfilling provisions III.3.6 of BEI Regulation No. In this I-E, the Company has fulfilled its
Annual Public Expose obligations, so the Company does not hold Annual Public Expose events
either virtually or physically, including not conveying the plans and results of the Annual Public
Expose.
