Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan hasil keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan tanggal 27 April 2026 yang telah menyetujui
berakhirnya masa jabatan Bapak Suresh Vembu sebagai
Direktur Perseroan, bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa
perubahan susunan pengurusan tersebut akan berlaku efektif
terhitung sejak tanggal 30 Juni 2026. Hasil Keputusan RUPST
tersebut telah dilaporkan ke IDX Net pada tanggal 28 April
2026.
Sebagai tindak lanjut atas Keputusan RUPST tersebut, pada
tanggal 26 Juni 2026 Perseroan telah menanandatangani Akta
No. 166 mengenai Perubahan Susunan Direksi Perseroan.
Dengan berlakunya perubahan tersebut pada 30 Juni 2026,
susunan anggota Direksi Perseroan akan menjadi
sebagaimana terlampir.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perubahan susunan Pengurus ini tidak berdampak material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau

Changes to the Company's Management Structure

Description of Material Information or In connection with the resolution of the Annual General
Facts Meeting of Shareholders held on April 27, 2026, which
approved the end of Mr. Suresh Vembu term as a Director of
the Company, we hereby inform you that this change in the
composition of the management will take effect as of June 30,
2026. The resolutions of the AGMS have been reported to IDX
Net on April 28, 2026.
Further to the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders, on 26 June 2026, Deed No. 166 regarding the
Change in the Composition of the Company Board of Directors
was executed.
With the effectiveness of such change on 30 June 2026, the
composition of the Company Board of Directors will be as as
attached.
