material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal
sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015
Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik,
kecuali informasi yang telah dipublikasikan oleh Perseroan.

Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material
yang dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang
belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Perseroan akan melaporkan jika ada fakta dan/atau
informasi material sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

The Company is not aware of any other important material information/facts/evenis that may
affect the price of the Company's securities and the Company's viability that have not been
disclosed to the public. The Company will report any material facts and/or information in
accordance with applicable regulations.

Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan
di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Does the Company have plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that may affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange (at least
within the next 3 months)?

Jawaban:

Sampai dibuatnya surat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan
korporasi dalam waktu dekat yang akan berakibat pada pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.
As Of the issuance Of this letter, Ihe Company does not have any plans to undertake corporate
actions in the near future that would afject the listing of the Company's shares on the
Exchange.

Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam
hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang
saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Plans of the main shareholders regarding their ownership in the Company. In this regard,
may the Corporate Secretary kindly inguire with the main shareholders before responding to

this confirmation.

Jawaban:

Hingga saat ini pemegang saham pengendali dan/atau pemegang saham utama Perseroan
belum memiliki rencana terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

As of now, the controlling shareholder and/or major shareholders of the Company do not
have any plans regarding their ownership in ihe Company.
