 Description of Material Information or       In connection with the approval obtained from the

                                              and logo at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
                                              ("AGMS") held on February 21, 2025, we hereby inform that
                                              the Company has received approval from the Decree of the
                                              Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-
                                              0013209.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025 dated February 25, 2025,
                                              regarding the Amendment to the Articles of Association, as
                                              stated in Deed Number 20 dated February 21, 2025.

                                              Accordingly, the Company's name and logo have been
                                              officially changed as follows:

                                              Previous Name: PT Lini Imaji Kreasi Ekosistem Tbk
                                              New Name: PT Futura Energi Global Tbk
                                              The Company's new logo is attached.

                                              Based on the above, all contractual documents that still use
                                              the previous company identity will remain valid until the
                                              expiration of the respective agreements.

                                              Going forward, the Company will use the name and logo of PT
                                              Futura Energi Global Tbk as its new corporate identity. The
                                              transition to the new name across all physical and digital
                                              attributes will be carried out gradually.
