Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 5 Maret 2025, Perseroan melepaskan
sebanyak 126.521.500 (seratus dua puluh enam juta lima
ratus dua puluh satu ribu lima ratus) saham yang dimiliki oleh
Perseroan ("Saham Pemegang Saham Penjual") yang
mewakili sebanyak 4,66% (empat koma enam enam persen)
dari modal Ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dalam RATU.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi pelepasan saham ini tidak mempengaruhi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pengendalian Perseroan atas RATU. Perseroan tetap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, mempertahankan statusnya sebagai Pemegang Saham
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Utama dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 75,34%

Company ("Selling Shareholder Shares"), representing 4.66%
(four point six six percent) of the issued and fully paid capital in
RATU.

Company’s operational activities, legal, Shareholder with a 75.34% ownership stake
