Description of material information or The Company hereby inform pursuant to the
facts Mutual Agreement dated 10 July 2024 in
accordance with the Company’s letter
No. 062/GEMS-CS/VII/2024 dated 10 July 2024
regarding to the Controller of the Company,
that Mr. Franky Oesman Widjaja and
Mr. Indra Widjaja are the Controllers of the
Company since the Initial Public Offering of
the Company.
This disclosure information also rectifies all
information regarding the Company’s
Controller which has been disclosed in all of
the Company’s information and reports
previously announced to the public and
submitted to OJK, including but not limited to
the disclosure in the Company’s Annual
Report and Financial Report.
