melalui Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta
Pusat dengan nomor perkara 11/Pdt.Sus-
Pemb.Perd/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt. Pst (Perkara No. 11).
Bahwa, Perseroan telah menerima surat panggilan sidang
(relaas) dalam Perkara No. 11 dari Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta
Pusat pada hari Jumat, 28 Februari 2025.
Perseroan senantiasa berkomitmen untuk menghormati dan
mematuhi seluruh proses hukum yang berlaku.
