Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Tiphone Tahap II Tahun 2019 untuk periode tahun 2024. 2.
Penjelasan PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia Tbk selaku Emiten sehubungan dengan
adanya pelanggaran pemenuhan kewajiban pembayaran Bunga Tunai ke-24 Obligasi
Berkelanjutan II Tiphone Tahap II Tahun 2019 . 3. Penentuan sikap dan keputusan para
Pemegang Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Tiphone Tahap II Tahun 2019 atas penjelasan dan
usulan PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia Tbk sehubungan adanya kelalaian tidak dipenuhinya
kewajiban pelunasan Pokok bertahap dan pembayaran Bunga Tunai ke-24 Obligasi
Berkelanjutan II Tiphone Tahap II Tahun 2019, serta kewajiban Pemeringkatan Obligasi
Berkelanjutan II Tiphone Tahap II Tahun 2019 untuk periode tahun 2024.

RUPO dihadiri 407.052.719.299 yang mewakili 80% (Kuorum)
Hasil Rapat
Hasil rapat adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Tidak menyetujui penjelasan PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia Tbk selaku Emiten sehubungan dengan adanya kelalaian
atas tidak terpenuhinya
a. Kewajiban pelunasan pokok bertahap dan pembayaran Bunga tunai ke-24 Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Tiphone
Tahap II Tahun 2019
b. Kewajiban Pemeringkatan Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Tiphone Tahap II Tahun 2019 untuk periode tahun 2024.
2. Tidak menyetujui penjelasan PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia Tbk selaku Emiten sehubungan dengan adanya
pelanggaran pemenuhan kewajiban pembayaran Bunga Tunai ke-24 Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Tiphone Tahap II
Tahun 2019.
3. Tidak menyetujui penjelasan dan usulan PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia sehubungan dengan kelalaian tidak
dipenuhinya kewajiban pelunasan pokok bertahap dan pembayaran Bunga Tunai ke-24 Obligasi Berkelanjutan II
Tiphone Tahap II Tahun 2019, serta Kewajiban Pemeringkatan Obligasi Berkelanjutan IITiphone Tahap II Tahun
2019 untuk periode tahun 2024.

The result of the meeting is elaborated as follows :
1. Disapproves the explanation of PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia Tbk as the Issuer regarding the negligence in failing to
fulfill
a. The obligation for the gradual principal repayment and the payment of the 24th cash interest of the Sustainable
Bonds II Tiphone Phase II Year 2019
b. The obligation for the rating of the Sustainable Bonds II Tiphone Phase II Year 2019 for the 2024 period.
2. Disapproves the explanation of PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia Tbk as the Issuer regarding the violation of the
obligation to pay the 24th cash interest of the Sustainable Bonds II Tiphone Phase II Year 2019.
3. Disapproves the explanation and proposal of PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia regarding the negligence in failing to
fulfill the obligation for the gradual principal repayment and the payment of the 24th cash interest of the Sustainable
Bonds II Tiphone Phase II Year 2019, as well as the obligation for the rating of the Sustainable Bonds II Tiphone
Phase II Year 2019 for the 2024 period.
