Chandra Asri Group and Danamon Sign Rp2 Trillion Term Loan to
                 Support Infrastructure Business Expansion

Jakarta, 28 February 2025 – Chandra Asri Group, through its infrastructure investment entity,
PT Chandra Daya Investasi (CDI), has signed a term loan facility agreement worth IDR
2 trillion with PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Danamon) with a tenor of seven (7) years.
The agreement was signed by Jonathan Kandinata, Director of CDI, and Roberto Trio, Senior
Vice President, Enterprise Banking Business Head of Danamon. The funds will be used to
support CDI’s overall operations and business development, while also strengthening the
company's working capital for executing strategic projects.

The facility received by CDI is a committed term loan that can be allocated for green asset
projects such as renewable energy, sustainable water and wastewater management, energy
efficiency, and others.

Through CDI, Chandra Asri Group is strengthening its business resilience by diversifying into
the infrastructure sector. This infrastructure investment special purpose vehicle is a joint
venture with EGCO, the Electricity Generating Public Company Limited of Thailand. CDI is
primarily focused on power generation and energy distribution, water treatment, tank and jetty
management, and logistics. This strategic initiative aligns with the company's focus to
strengthen its position in the infrastructure sector that has touchpoints with Chandra Asri
Group’s energy and chemicals business, to fundamentally support Indonesia's growth.

Andre Khor, Chief Financial Officer of Chandra Asri Group stated, "We highly appreciate
Danamon's support in providing flexible and competitive long-term financing that supports
green initiatives, enabling us to continue our transformational growth plans. This facility will
strengthen our leading position in the infrastructure sector in Indonesia, and uplift our strategy
to expand our portfolio and support various sustainable infrastructure projects. This is fully
aligned with the Group's commitment as a Growth Partner to the country and all key
stakeholders, as we continue our efforts to strategically diversify and strengthen our business
franchise through organic investments and programmatic M&A."

Thomas Sudarma, Director of Enterprise Banking & Financial Institutions of Danamon,
stated, “Through this green asset project financing partnership, we are reaffirming our long-
term commitment with Chandra Asri Group to develop innovative and sustainable

infrastructure projects. We believe that CDI will become a strong business pillar for Chandra
Asri Group, and this facility will enable CDI to offer holistic financial solutions that drive the
development of new renewable energy in the Cilegon area and its surrounding regions.”

Danamon, as a bank with both local and global networks, is committed to continuing its
transformation as One Financial Group that provides comprehensive financial solutions to
meet their customers' financial needs. This commitment is in line with the funding support
provided by Danamon to CDI, to support the smooth operation and overall business
development of CDI.
