Lapangan Banteng Timur No. 2-4 Jakarta 10710 In connection with the plan of PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (the “Company”) to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the Financial Year 2024 (“AGMS”), as we previously conveyed through our letter No. O6/CNMA-OJK/II/2025 dated February 5, 2025, regarding the Notification of the Plan to Hold the AGMS for the Financial Year 2024 of PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk, which was subseguently corrected through letter No. 11/CNMA-OJK/II/2025 dated February 12, 2025, and in compliance with the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association as well as in consideration of the provisions of the Regulation Of The Financial Services Authority Of The Republic Of Indonesia (“POJK”) No. 15/POJK.04/2020 dated April 20, 2020, concerning the Planning And Organization Of General Meetings Of Shareholders By Publicly-Traded Companies, and POJK No. 16/POJK.04/2020 dated April 20, 2020, concerning the Implementation Of Electronic General Meeting Of Shareholders By Publicly-Traded Companies, we hereby submit the Invitation of the AGMS for the Financial Year 2024, which will be published on the websites of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”), PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“IDX”), and the Company's website on February 28, 2025.
