Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sejalan dengan amanat Pasal 271 Undang-Undang Nomor 4
Tahun 2023 tentang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Sektor
Keuangan (UU PPSK), yang menyatakan bahwa Pelaku
Usaha Sektor Jasa Keuangan (PUSK) wajib menyampaikan
dan menyusun Laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar
laporan keuangan yang ditetapkan oleh Komite Standar
Laporan, dan juga mengacu kepada penetapan PSAK 117
(dahulu PSAK 74): Kontrak Asuransi yang berlaku efektif
tanggal 1 Januari 2025. Dengan ini diinformasikan bahwa PT
Asuransi Bintang Tbk, telah berhasil menjalankan Transisi ke
PSAK 117 pertanggal 1 Januari 2025 dan juga telah
menjalankan operasional Perusahaan dan Pencatatan
keuangan sesuai dengan standar PSAK 117 yang berlaku
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Type of Material Information or Facts Implemented the Transition and Implementation of PSAK 117
Financial Standards with Good Results
Description of Material Information or In line with the mandate of Article 271 of Law Number 4 of
Facts 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the
Financial Sector (PPSK Law), which states that Financial
Services Sector Business Actors (PUSK) are required to
submit and prepare financial reports in accordance with the
financial reporting standards set by the Reporting Standards
Committee, and also refer to the stipulation of PSAK 117
(formerly PSAK 74): Insurance Contracts which are effective
on January 1, 2025. It is hereby informed that PT Asuransi
Bintang Tbk has successfully implemented the Transition to
PSAK 117 as of January 1, 2025 and has also carried out the
Company's operations and financial records in accordance
with the applicable PSAK 117 standards.
