AS$97.380 yang sepenuhnya ditempatkan dan disetor penuh
oleh Perseroan.
Kegiatan usaha Gunung Steel (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ini
bergerak dibidang trading dan konsultan manajemen yang
berkedudukan di Tiongkok / China.
Entitas anak didirikan dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah
akses terhadap teknologi terkini terkait baja rendah karbon,
serta mempermudah dalam memfasilitasi kerjasama dengan
berbagai pihak.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendirian Entitas Anak Usaha tidak memiliki dampak kejadian,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan informasi atau fakta material terhadap kegiatan operasional,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau atau Perusahaan Publik.
