Kegiatan usaha Gunung Steel ini bergerak dibidang trading
dan konsultan manajemen yang berkedudukan di Tiongkok /
China.
Entitas anak didirikan dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah
akses terhadap teknologi terkini terkait baja rendah karbon,
serta mempermudah dalam memfasilitasi kerjasama dengan
berbagai pihak.
The Company has established Subsidiary Entity which is
Gunung Steel (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Gunung Steel”) in
December 2024 with paid up capital of CNY700,000
equivalent to US$97,380, which was fully subscribed and paid
in full by the Company.
The bussiness activity of Gunung Steel is engaged in trading
and consultant management which based in Tiongkok / China.
The subsidiary entity was established with the aim of
facilitating access to the latest technology related to low
carbon steel, as well as facilitating cooperation with various
parties.
