 Description of Material Information or       This Disclosure of Information is in connection with the
 Facts                                        Companys Disclosure of Information through (i) the Companys
                                              letter number 001/DOID/OJK-BEI/I/2024 dated 2 January 2024
                                              regarding Disclosure of Information on The Exempted Material
                                              Transactions in connection with the loan facility obtained by PT
                                              Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), and (ii) the Companys
                                              letter number 012/DOID/OJK-BEI/III/2024 dated 7 March 2024
                                              regarding the Report on Material Information or Fact in relation
                                              to Amendment of Loan Facility (collectively referred to as Initial
                                              Disclosure of Information). All definitions in this Disclosure of
                                              Information shall have the same meaning as defined in the
                                              Initial Disclosure of Information, unless otherwise defined
                                              herein.

                                              On 24 February 2025, the Company, BUMA, and PT Bank
                                              Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI), as the Loan Facility
                                              agent, have executed agreements, among others are (i) Third
                                              Amendment Facility Agreement and (ii) Additional Commitment
                                              Lender Accession Agreement (collectively referred to as
                                              Transaction Document), in connection with granting of
                                              additional commitment by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) in
                                              the aggregate principal amount of USD250,000,000 (or its
                                              equivalent in IDR currency) (Accordion Facility).

                                              For further information, please refer to the attached Disclosure
