Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies ("POJK No. 35/2014") and the Board of Directors Decree of PT
Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk (“Company”) No. 002/DIR/SWID/II/2025 dated February 24",
2025, regarding Replacement of Corporate Secretary, we hereby inform you that the Company's Board of
Directors has appointed Maria Evarisma Wulandari to replace Agung Cucun Setiawan as a Corporate
Secretary, effective as of February 24", 2025.
