Information or Facts tanggal 19 Februari 2025, Perseroan telah
menerima surat permohonan pengunduran diri
Bapak Fabio Ferraz sebagai Komisaris
Perseroan. Perseroan akan mengajukan
permohonan atas persetujuan pengunduran diri
tersebut dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Perseroan terdekat.
Referring to Article 9 letter a of POJK 33/2014,
we hereby inform that on 19 February 2025, the
Company has received the resignation letter
from Mr. Fabio Ferraz as the Commissioner of
the Company. The Company will propose for
approval of the resignation at the nearest
General Meeting of Shareholders of the
Company.
