   detailed information on the contract awarded by the Company to PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) with
   a contract value of Rp2.8 trillion and a period of 24 months for the procurement and construction
   of the Pomalaa Block mine development.

   Tanggapan/Response:
   Nilai kontrak Rp2,8 triliun untuk 24 bulan, dimulai pada tanggal 3 Juli 2024 dan berakhir pada
   tanggal 2 Juli 2026. Hitungan pembayaran berdasarkan capaian/progres pekerjaan per bulan
   yang diselesaikan oleh PTRO / The contract value is IDR2.8 trillion for 24 months, starting on 3
   July 2024 and ending on 2 July 2026. Payment calculation is based on the achievement/progress
   of work per month completed by PTRO.

3. Penjelasan mengenai lingkup wilayah (area pertambangan) dan cakupan pekerjaan dalam
   kontrak jasa pertambangan yang diberikan oleh Perseroan kepada PTRO sebagaimana
   dijelaskan dalam pemberitaan tersebut / Explanation of the scope of the area (mining area) and
   scope of work in the mining service contract provided by the Company to PTRO as described in
   the news release

   Tanggapan/Response:
   Ruang Lingkup Perjanjian Pengadaan dan Konstruksi Pembangunan Tambang berada dalam
   area tambang Pomalaa, yang merupakah salah satu blok dalam Ijin Usaha Pertambangan
   Khusus (IUPK) PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (Perseroan) / The scope of the Procurement and
   Construction Agreement is within the Pomalaa mine area, which is one of the blocks in the
   Special Mining Business License (IUPK) of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (Company).

   Adapun lingkup pekerjaan meliputi pembangunan infrastruktur tambang seperti pembangunan
   jalan, area penimbunan, infrastruktur pengelolaan air dan kegiatan pekerjaan tanah lainnya
   untuk pembangunan Tambang Pomalaa / The scope of work includes the construction of mine
   infrastructure such as building roads, stockpile areas, water management infrastructure and
   other earthwork activities for construction of the Pomalaa Mine.

4. Target dan persiapan yang masih dibutuhkan oleh Perseroan maupun PTRO untuk melakukan
   finalisasi atas penandatanganan kontrak jasa pertambangan tersebut / Targets and preparations
   that are still needed by the Company and PTRO to finalize the signing of the mining service
   contract

   Tanggapan/Response:
   Tidak ada lagi persiapan yang masih dibutuhkan oleh Perseroan maupun PTRO untuk finalisasi
   Perjanjian senilai Rp2,8Triliun ini karena Perjanjian telah ditandatangani kedua belah pihak pada
   tanggal 3 Juli 2024 / No further preparation is required by the Company or PTRO for the
   finalization of this IDR 2.8Trillion Agreement as the Agreement has been signed by both parties
   on 3 July 2024.

5. Dampak pemberian kontrak jasa pertambangan tersebut terhadap / The impact of the award of
   the mining service contract on:
   a. Kinerja keuangan Perseroan terutama potensi peningkatan pendapatan / Company's
       financial performance, especially the potential increase in revenue
   b. Kegiatan operasional Perseroan / Company’s operational activities

   Tanggapan/Response:
   a. Kontrak yang diberikan oleh Perseroan kepada PTRO adalah Pengadaan dan Konstruksi
      Pembangunan Tambang. Langkah ini merupakan kegiatan awal untuk menyiapkan sarana
      dan prasarana di Blok tambang Pomalaa, sebelum kemudian Perseroan melakukan

      kegiatan penambangan di area tersebut. Setelah kontrak Pengadaan dan Konstruksi
      Pembangunan Tambang ini selesai, sehingga kegiatan penambangan dimulai, maka akan
      terdapat potensi penambahan pendapatan Perseroan / The contract awarded by the
      Company to PTRO is the Procurement and Construction of Mine Development. This step is
      an initial activity to prepare facilities and infrastructure in the Pomalaa mining block, before
      the Company then conducts mining activities in the area. Once the Mine Development
      Procurement and Construction contract is completed, then the mining activities begin, there
      will be potential additional revenue for the Company.
   b. Kontrak ini akan memperkuat pengembangan tambang Blok Pomalaa dimana PTRO akan
      menyediakan jasa pengadaan dan Konstruksi untuk tahap pelaksanaan pekerjaan tanah di
      Blok Pomalaa / This contract will strengthen the Pomalaa Block mine development where
      PTRO will provide procurement and Construction services for the implementation phase of
      Earthworks in the Pomalaa Block.

6. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek
   Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik / Other important information/facts/events
   that are material and may affect the price of the Company's securities that have not been
   disclosed to the public.

   Tanggapan/Response:
   Hingga saat ini, tidak ada informasi/fakta/kejadian penting material lainnya yang belum
   Perseroan ungkap ke publik / Until now, there is no other material information/facts/events that
