Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi; sebagaimana telah diubah
dengan Peraturan BEI No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30
September 2022 perihal Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E
tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi tertulis pada butir
IV.2.11. tentang Laporan mengenai kesiapan dana untuk
pelunasan Efek paling lambat 15 (lima belas) Hari Bursa
sebelum Efek dimaksud jatuh tempo.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, jatuh tempo pokok Obligasi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Tamaris Hydro I Tahun 2022 Seri A akan berakhir pada
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, tanggal 8 Maret 2025 sebesar Rp200.000.000.000,- (dua ratus
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau milyar Rupiah) dan dana untuk pelunasan pokok Obligasi
Perusahaan Publik Tamaris Hydro I Tahun 2022 Seri A telah tersedia.
