Corporate Action - EGMS

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE FOR SHARE BUYBACK PLAN OF PT BANK BTPN SYARIAH
PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk (“BTPN Syariah”) plans to conduct a share buyback, subject to approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders (EGMS) scheduled for 13 October 2026. The share buyback will be conducted in accordance with POJK No. 29/2023 and applicable
regulations.


Key Highlights:
•      Up to IDR 1.0 trillion - Maximum allocation for the share buyback, including related costs.
•      Up to 10% of Shares - Maximum amount permitted under applicable regulations.
•      12-Month Execution Period - Planned execution from 14 October 2026, subject to EGMS approval.
•      Supporting Shareholder Value - Designed to enhance share liquidity and enable the share price to better reflect the Company’s fundamentals.
•      Strong Financial Capacity - Funded entirely from the Company’s equity, with sufficient retained earnings, cash flow and capital to support both the
       buyback and ongoing business activities.
