menjelaskan telah dilaksanakannya pembelian tahap pertama
dari saham Perseroan yang dimiliki Pemegang Saham
Pengendali (PSP) oleh PT Triple Berkah Bersama (Triple B).
Pembelian tahap pertama ini sejalan dengan rencana
pembelian seluruh saham Perseroan yang dimiliki oleh PSP
oleh Triple B yang telah dituangkan dalam pengikatan jual beli,
sebagaimana telah diuraikan dalam Keterbukaan Informasi
yang telah disampaikan Perseroan melalui Surat No.
014/MERS/V/CORSEC/26 tanggal 29 Mei 2026.

Description of Material Information or Referring to the Press Release (attached), the Company
Facts explains the performance of the first stage of the purchase of
the shares of the Company owned by the Controlling
Shareholders (CS) by PT Triple Berkah Bersama (Triple B).
The first stage of the purchase is in line with the plan to
purchase the entire shares of the Company owned by the CS
by Triple B, which had been elaborated in the conditional sale
purchase agreement, as specified in the Information
Disclosure that had been conveyed by the Company through
Letter No. 014/MERS/V/CORSEC/26 dated 29 May 2026.
