Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts Keterbukaan informasi ini adalah dalam rangka.memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (“POJK 35 tahun 2014”), terkait dengan diterimanya Surat Pengunduran Diri Sekretaris Perusahaan, yakni Marojahan Silaen, yang berlaku efektif pada tanggal 12 Desember 2024. This disclosure of information is in order to comply with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate Secretaries of Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK 35 of 2014”), related to the receipt of the Letter of Resignation of the Corporate Secretary, namely Marojahan Silaen, which is effective on December 12, 2024.
