Perseroan ingin memberikan klarifikasi bahwa tidak ada
kesepakatan antara Perseroan dengan pihak manapun untuk
melakukan transaksi merger sebagaimana telah diberitakan di
media massa. Perseroan mencatat bahwa berita yang sama
juga beredar dari waktu ke waktu di masa lampau dalam
beberapa tahun terakhir dan berita-berita tersebut adalah
berdasarkan spekulasi.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berita yang beredar di media massa tidak berdampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan merugikan terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kelangsungan
