Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Kepada seluruh masyarakat dan para stakeholders yang kami
hormati,
Sehubungan dengan adanya aduan dari para pelanggan yang
kami terima atas adanya penjualan tidak sah produk merek
TOTO dengan cara mencatut nama PT Surya Toto Indonesia
Tbk sebagai produsen tanpa izin resmi dari PT Surya Toto
Indonesia Tbk, bersama ini kami sampaikan :
1. PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk adalah satu-satunya agent
tunggal resmi PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk dan karenanya
tidak ada pihak lain yang berwenang bertindak sebagai agen
PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk;
2. Diminta kepada seluruh pihak yang membeli produk
merek Toto agar melakukan pembayaran terbatas hanya
kepada nomor rekening Bank resmi atas nama PT Surya Toto
Indonesia Tbk, PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk dan/atau rekening resmi
agent/dealer/showroom dari PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk dan
PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk;
3. Guna memudahkan masyarakat, daftar nama,
alamat, dan nomor telepon dari showroom, agent, serta dealer
dari PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk dan PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk
yang resmi hanya tercantum dalam tautan-tautan berikut:

berwenang atau kejanggalan dalam bentuk apapun, segera

showroom, agent, serta dealer resmi dari PT Surya
Toto Indonesia Tbk dan PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk yang mencoba
mengatasnamakan PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk dan/atau PT
Surya Pertiwi Tbk, termasuk yang mencoba
mengatasnamakan agent/dealer/showroom dari PT Surya
Toto Indonesia Tbk dan PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk.
Pengumuman ini sebagai klarifikasi kepada masyarakat dan
agar menjadi perhatian bersama.
Kami berhak untuk melakukan upaya hukum sesuai dengan

Description of Material Information or To all the community and esteemed stakeholders,
Facts
In relation to the complaints we have received from customers
regarding the unauthorized sale of TOTO brand products by
using the name of PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk as the
manufacturer without official permission from PT Surya Toto
Indonesia Tbk, we hereby inform you as follows:
1. PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk is the sole official agent of PT Surya
Toto Indonesia Tbk and therefore no other party is authorized
to act as an agent of PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk;
2. All parties purchasing Toto brand products are requested to
make payments strictly to the official bank account numbers
under the name of PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk, PT Surya
Pertiwi Tbk, and/or the official accounts of the
agents/dealers/showrooms of PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk
and PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk;
3. To facilitate the public, the list of names, addresses, and
phone numbers of the official showrooms, agents, and dealers
of PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk and PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk is
only available in the following links:

Indonesia Tbk and/or PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk, including those
who try to impersonate the agents/dealers/showrooms of PT
Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk and PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk.
This announcement serves as a clarification to the public and
as a matter of mutual attention.
We reserve the right to take legal action in accordance with the
applicable regulations.
